Marenostro presents a specialty product of Sea Bass cultured in the Aegean Sea and processed through a unique method.

Unprocessed sea bass, graded on request to the desired calibration.

Fish are graded to the desired calibration and processed using various techniques.

Fish fillets are processed by removing the head, spine and tail of the fish. A cut is made parallel to the spine, starting from the head, following along the dorsal fin and spine down to the tail.

Combining high-tech procedures and careful craftsmanship, Marenostro also produces special cuts.

MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) Products are generated by modifying the composition of the internal atmosphere of the package in order to lengthen the shelf-life without any additive. All bass MAP products of Marenostro are produced by the desired calibration and packaging.

Marenostro introduces a new series combining the freshness of the frozen products with special retail packages. Each box has a gross weight of 250 grams and a net weight of 237 grams. Marine and serene lines have been used to allow the customer to distinguish Marenostro products from the other mixed-colored packages on the shelf.

After the filleting process, Marenostro makes its fish mince by separating the most delicious fish flesh that remains, with the use of a specially designed machine. Marenostro´s fish cakes are made by mixing the fish mince with special ingredients, according to a unique Marenostro recipe.

Guaranteeing flavour and quality at every stage, Marenostro has created ready-to-cook products by taking their specially cut fillets and skewered products a step further. Marenostro ready-to-cook products, reflecting modern consumer trends, are convenient for the time-poor consumer.
